This is an absolute Killer deal, and is priced to sell. This old Bird has some stories to tell. Gigged extensively for decades, but lovingly so.... The finish is worn in such an incredible way - deep and lovely finish checking throughout the original sunburst finish.

While this Firebird was used, it was NOT abused! There are NO issues with cracks, breaks or repairs of any kind.

It has just been re-fretted and the frets show zero wear - they are brand new and play perfectly. Original 1965 Kluson Deluxe Strip tuners. Original 1965 Gold Reflector knobs. Original 1965 Pots and wiring. Tremolo removed (holes remain) and setup as a wrap tail with a nice nickel compensated "Lightning Bolt" bridge.

New Duncan Antiquity P-90's installed. Newer pick guard and trussrod cover installed. Serial number of 509629 dates this to mid/late 1965.
