Glass Crack Back: The glass on the back of the device is cracked. No cracks on the front at all!

The device functions 100% perfectly. Low Charge Capacity: The battery charges to less than 75% of capacity. We do not sell any device that doesn't hold at least 40% capacity, so this will range from 40% - 75% capacity. Great discount if you can keep your device on a charger much of the day. In many cases you can have the battery replaced for less than the discounted amount.

Face ID Fail: The Face ID on this device does not function perfectly. All other functions passed testing and the device is otherwise fully functional. Pixel Spots: There are missing pixels that do not display colors on the screen.

Minor spots are tiny (less than 1/8 of an inch) and typically occur in the extreme corners of the screen. There will be no more than 2 of these "minor" spots on a device and 99% of the screen is perfect. Moderate spots are a bit larger (between 1/8 and 3/8 inches). These spots are more noticeable during operation. Impaired: This device did not pass all of our 41 function checks.
