Minor blems from bumping a neighbor, if any. This is an original Honda radio. It is New Old Stock (NOS) and has never been used. It is in excellent condition, with only minor blemishes from bumping a neighbor in storage, if any. Get a new OEM radio from ReplacementRadios for a fraction of the dealer cost! This radio is SiriusXM or XM satellite radio capable. Capable is not the same thing as equipped. Very few radios are satellite equipped. Most use a tuner and antenna kit that plugs in the back, as this one does. If you are interested in a SiriusXM kit for this radio, you will need the factory equipment (tuner, harness and antenna - part numbers unknown) or aftermarket components, like the iSimple ISHD571/ISSR12/SXV200 or ISHD651/ISSR12/SXV200 combo. The latter adds Bluetooth , Apple, Android and USB connectivity too. If you are interested in Bluetooth/Apple/Android/USB without the satellite radio, that is just the iSimple ISHD651, or the Grom kit found in listing. Brackets are not included with these radios.

Your brackets screw on the side of your current radio. You can remove them and put them on this one very easily. This radio does require entry of a security code for operation. This radio is not guaranteed to work with your steering wheel controls.

The reason being; Honda has some known issues with the cable reels in their steering wheels. Vehicles with problematic/worn cable reels experience erratic operation with this particular radio because of signal irregularities. The radio thinks it's being told to do something because of changes in the signal, even though no steering wheel button has been pressed. This problem does not affect all Honda radios the same. This particular radio is rather unique in it's manufacture, design and feature set, so it is more sensitive to the signal irregularities.

It is not a problem with the radio though. No one wants to hear their vehicle has a problem but that's what it boils down to. It ONLY happens in vehicles that have a problem with the steering wheel cable reel and the erratic operation goes away if the reel is replaced. If you experience random station scanning or other irregular/erratic operation, you have a problem with your steering wheel cable reel and it will need replaced (or a wire coming from it will need disconnected or clipped) in order for this radio to function properly. We have this reported to us about 2 out of every 10 sales on this radio. That's a relatively small percentage of vehicles but it's enough for us to not guarantee it for steering wheel controls. If it happens to you, please be aware it is a problem in your vehicle and we have absolutely no control over it. You should be prepared to replace your cable reel or disconnect your steering wheel controls, if necessary. It is easiest to do the latter by clipping the steering wheel control wire where it comes in the back of the radio. Should you decide to return the radio instead, you may do so, as long as the radio is still in the exact condition it arrived in. We can't resell something as new if the condition has been changed.

Please make sure to select the correct return reason though. The radio is not defective. Your steering wheel cable reel is.

A reason such as'Changed Mind' would be appropriate. It is listed for the following vehicles. If you have the shorter radio with the storage tray now, you will lose the storage tray, since this radio is taller. This site does the figuring, not us.

A signature is not typically required. If you are not home to receive the package, it will most likely be left at your door. Please monitor it's progress and arrange to collect it when it arrives.
